So I went and watched him in spectator and noticed his health regenerating whenever her took damage. I recorded two demos for your viewing pleasure. I would watch bybyhack first, then the second if you need more justification but the first one seems to cover it just well. It is attached below in the post. I was also in the server at the time and noticed this player hacking as well. Standing as a heavy unloading into him did nothing, so I then decided to spectate and noticed his health would insta-regen. Hoping Valve fixes this rampant hack soon......
