The person who was telling me to restart the client was a troll who I could not trust. Second, why are you requesting to ban me if I did not know this is an exploit. I thought that auto heal was on. Now I suspect you might say why weren't other people getting their hp regenerated. A few people on the blu team were. My medic was lit on fire and his hp was not going down. Now I know that I was gloating, but it was just for fun. Two other people from my team were also getting auto-healed. Now seeing as you are implying this is an exploit, can you please tell me what causes me to get my hp regenerated because I would find this a very ''weird'' exploit. I was told twice if I remember from that Jersey person who was a troll. And that voteban request was because of you accusing me of exploiting. I didn't know it was an exploit. deterior13 0 #8 Posted January 1, 2011 i never said it was their fault, valve constantly fucks up but communities usually deal with that swiftly (anyone using the endless sentry exploit on lotus servers was banned, they usually played dumb just like you did, "herp derp i didn't know it was an exploit i was just having fun thought it was server mod can i has unban pls?") but it doesn't seem they're doing anything about this now. anyway i'll keep an eye out for this troll if he does it again now that he "knows better". Though I said it would be my last post, I can't stress how ignorant you are being. There were other people using the glitch to their advantage, yet you keep saying I was deliberately using the glitch. Other people were using the exploit too. nerokhanz 0 #14 Posted January 2, 2011 I believe there is no reason to charge denomaniac, If he was unaware of such an exploit which was put on by the medic, then he unwillingly cooperated. If anything, the friend is to blame for using the exploit. The only real thing denomaniac can be charged with is his rowdy behavior. Perhaps he was caught in the moment and was merely taunting your team to get better. Such a killstreak does prove to boost one's ego. Your requests to disconnect couldn't really have been taken seriously since none of you were an admin or had any authority at all. If anything you should have been to blame for not putting on a votekick at such suspicions. But as stated above you were ignorant to such causes and made a fool of yourself by making a ban request for something an innocent user was unaware of and had no part in taking. Bombz 31 #15 Posted January 2, 2011 I think that if you can show far beyond reasonable doubt that a Medic and Patient are working together to make this glitch happen = Ban. But if you cannot, why would you ban people getting their health regenerated? Are they supposed to keep reconnecting until the exploiting Medic leaves? Valve needs to hurry up with this fix.
