Game Ruining (Metal Stealing, Harassment Of Other Players, Afking In Spawn)

This is the first time I've ever requested a ban--hopefully it will be my last as well. I've included a demo of said game ruining as well as some screenshots to further emphasize the accused actions. I uploaded the file to both Megaupload and this forum as well.

The past two days have been interesting in the Chicago Arena server. A person named dudelust has been entering the server, screaming, and trying his hardest to ruin the game for other players. Most recently hes changed his name to GangstaPrincess. Yesterday he was banned for his shenanigans, but a temporary ban for this kind of behavior seemed to only further fuel his rage.

Today he brought friends along. They include Cool Ethan, Anime Queerboy, and PISSED PONYTA. They joined in and cheered GangstaPrincess on. PISSED PONYTA started screaming as well and ended up getting votemuted, however he quickly rejoined and continued.

Round after round in arena_granary GangstaPrincess took the only readily available metal to Engineers while verbally harassing other players. He did not leave the area where the metal spawned during any round. It took almost half a dozen voteban attempts to get him banned, and once he was finally banned his friends fled the server as well.

I would like to think that I'm easy to get along with. I rarely get angry when I play and encourage other players to do their best no matter how far behind we are. This kind of disruption single-handedly made us lose a few rounds because our Engineers (namely @ngry Squirrel) were metal starved. Lotus has the best arena servers around, and I don't believe that games should be thrown because of one persons actions.

Please review the following demo and screenshots and take appropriate action.

Okay first of all, I'm not going to ban someone for screaming into the mic or stealing metal. The in-game votemute, votekick, and voteban functions exist for a reason. Second, even if I was going to do something about it, I'd need steamids, which you have neglected to provide.

The voting system is indeed there for a reason, but if they don't get it and it's a recurring problem then it will be dealt with.

Also when making a demo be sure to type status into the console, otherwise we can't really be sure it's the same person.

Okay next time it happens I will do that.

Perhaps create a 'group-voteban' to select multiple people to voteban at once. 5 people max?

And obviously if X is in a vote he cannot vote Yes or No.

the Only thing i see people doing to ruin the game is mic spamming..Metal stealing is nothing...If your a engineer build a dispenser with your spawn metal.. and if he keeps re-joining just player mute him.
