Unban Request

I was banned for "Voteban Abuse" (I think that's what it's called). All I did was VoteBan an AFK guy. I talked to my friend and he said it was probably this new admin(Forgot his name) who had been banning a lot of the regulars on that server. Please unban me. My name is AnimeAddict of The Spycrabs.

I think AnimeAddict has learned his lesson and shouldn't be using voteban for bogus reasons anymore

AnimeAddict, your friend is lying, no admin has been banning a lot of regulars on any server. Here is the banlist, showing bans since Jan 16. I don't see a lot of bans from 1 admin, and I don't see any bans that aren't valid.

So I'm assuming that's a no? Not to be rude, but why is that a bogus reason?

I think the hacking bans your looking at were done by Steam or VAC not a Lotus member

AFK is no reason for a voteban, especially when the player is actively playing the game.

Oh and my vote goes towards unbanning you, especially since I meant for it to be a 3-hour tempban.

He was playing? I saw him standing in the same spot in our base every time I spawned so I thought he was AFK and we should kick him so so others could get on, because there's a waiting line

Why didn't you use votekick instead? And I would say you should be unbanned, but I do not have the power to unban you Mana will hopefully get to it soon.

I thought votekick and voteban were the same thing...........

Votekick merely kicks them. Voteban both kicks and tempbans them.There is no need to tempban someone who is AFK.

30 minutes is the time period during which other Lotus servers block a player from connecting to them.

The actual LOCAL voteban is NEVER 30 minutes.
