BOOM=DYNAMITE 2 #1 Posted February 4, 2011 Sick and Tired of this Ban crap! It has to stop. A majority of people get banned for no reason at all. It starts off as a joke and then people just press yes! Get rid of the voteban .... If people deserved to be banned... they should have to post on here of what that person did. Instead of privately PMing an admin over the ordeal, they have to make it public and drag it on, thus, making it look bad, giving off the wrong impression to new/not very active people on the forums about the system. There are PLENTY of issues that have been resolved, whether good or bad, in the mater of just a few posts. It just depends on the person and situation and how well they handle it. Another thing: Mana and Afronanny. They just aren't 2 people who run/admin the HUGE Lotus community (successfully too). Outside of Lotus itself, they're both pretty...I don't wanna say 'important' to toot their horns lol, but yeah, they're around in the bigger community that revolves around TF2/DoD:S/ etc as well. I believe Afronanny is like someone half-way important to the SourceMod community and Mana... just look at his steam community profile. The guy is an Admin in a few big community groups minus Lotus with like over 100,000 people in them. To be fair, I know that has nothing to do about a voteban system, but I think between the 2 of them, they kinda know what they're doing here. :/ Share this post Link to post Share on other sites

How do i "privately PM and admin" after the damage of a stupid ban has already taken place???? Isn't this a "forum" where you can.... ya know... talk about stuff???? What a joke.
