Mods Not Working On Beta Server

Hey I am a reg at the css beta lotus server and I was just stopping by to try and see if someone could get the mods working.

rank, statsme, etc are not available in the server and i think it would really boost the server if they were considering that the lotusclan dust2 server is one of the only populated servers in cssb.
