Gotcha 6,307 #1 Posted April 2, 2011 They tend to just go back to the other team when possible. Not a problem on our TF2 servers thanks to autobalance enforcer. Should probably add this to DODS as well. It's been a great success in TF2. It is indeed. I don't know how it's on US servers, but on UK we have the odd problem that players with lowest score get auto-balanced, instead of high ranked. That never balances anything out, usually. I've been watching that for a while now. I actually wanted to take it up to you first, but then thought it could just be a lucky thing like you said. When the message pops up "auto balance in 5 seconds", those 5 seconds passed and high score players die, nothing will happen to them, or at all. As soon as one of the lowest players dies they will immediately get swapped over. I hear people complaining about it a lot, especially friends that just joined your game, your team, and then after the first death get switched. A person with a worse balance score is preferred, but if no such person is available it will balance anyone who's dead.

Krash 1,040 #6 Posted April 3, 2011 I just always thought it moved the last person who joined over. Thats why they could be confused with lowest score.
