Shadow Master 0 #2 Posted May 6, 2011 Whose feet do I have to grovel at for Lotus to host a UK Prejudice server?
W.Direwood 1 #3 Posted May 6, 2011 Whose feet do I have to grovel at for Lotus to host a UK Prejudice server? Most likely one of the people keeping an eye on the servers Afronanny for example? Allso for a note it is a fun game specialy would be good for team play.
Shadow Master 0 #4 Posted May 6, 2011 Most likely one of the people keeping an eye on the servers Afronanny for example? Allso for a note it is a fun game specialy would be good for team play. Team play is absolutely paramount. The devs focused on fun gameplay, which means there is no way to have a "calculated best loadout" or anything, which in turn means you need teammates who will grab things like jammers and so forth to help your team survive and achieve objectives. I mean, TF2 is fun and all, but sometimes you just want a break from the hats with some solid hatless gameplay...
Mana 3,867 #5 Posted May 7, 2011 Whose feet do I have to grovel at for Lotus to host a UK Prejudice server? Not likely. UK servers cost the most (Dollar to Pound conversion) and also have the least amount of donors :/. Most likely one of the people keeping an eye on the servers Afronanny for example? Allso for a note it is a fun game specialy would be good for team play. I'm the only one with server access .
Shadow Master 0 #6 Posted May 7, 2011 Not likely. UK servers cost the most (Dollar to Pound conversion) and also have the least amount of donors :/. Aww, damn. I always found that really weird though. Games often have more players in the US than in all of Europe. Seems pretty strange considering the difference in population. Need to get more of the UK TF2 server hoppers to donate...
Gotcha 6,307 #7 Posted May 7, 2011 I have section 8, it's alright with the UT3 engine, but nobody is playing it. According to the price, the devs are aware this one will be a flop aswell.
W.Direwood 1 #8 Posted May 7, 2011 I'm the only one with server access . Well i didnt know that sorry for my ignorance. I have section 8, it's alright with the UT3 engine, but nobody is playing it. According to the price, the devs are aware this one will be a flop aswell. Yeh i've noticed there is not many people playing it anymore...Bots are an another thing on Insane they do give a moderate challenge but you know. Flop it might be but still a fun game to play. Shadow Master 0 #9 Posted May 7, 2011 Not true. Plenty of people are playing it and it's still topping sales. There's a problem with the server browser currently that prevents people from seeing a lot of servers and players that is to be patched ASAP along with other minor fixes. I figure after they've ironed out these on-release issues it'll pick up noticeably, mostly considering that it's the kind of game that has the potential to corner the market on sci-fi action games currently due to everyone's obsession with post-apocalyptic urban decay games during the past several years. Variety is always good.
