barack 1 #1 Posted June 5, 2011 Hello. Protest the Hero (STEAM_0:1:34529648) who acknowledges he is a administrator but is clearly a DONATOR, keeps initiating bans on certain people. One of those individuals is me. One day I was owning him and then he says I was cheating and started a ban. I wasn't banned because there were people in there that acknowledged my skill. I was playing on Lotus clan server Texas-office today, for about a hour and as soon as PROTEST comes on he starts a ban, and says i was cheating and he hadn't been on for 2 mins. I told him thats not fair and to make a demo. I feel he keeps abusing his donator privileges. If I am cheating why hasnt anyone posted a demo on me? Revolucion 2 #3 Posted June 6, 2011 I've never seen him abuse his donator privilages nor admit to being an admin. He has the right to initiate a vote just like any other person. But donators can initiate one instantly. One reason nobody posts demos is because there is nobody to review a demo properly. I've tried in the past to ban a few people with no success. There really is no point in trying when nobody has the patience to sit through a demo at slow speeds in wireframe mode or knowledge of how hacks work. Tappy 8 #4 Posted June 8, 2011 1) If you were votebanned the ban is temporary and usually goes away around 30 minutes. 2) You need to make a ban request if he is really abusing his donor. See this thread on how to make a ban request: instead of a demo post screenshots, or demos if you can. 3) Demos are review just make sure that you fully complete the Ban Request Template.
