Lack Of Admins On Cs_Office Server

I really enjoy playing on the office server, and being in Texas myself, the connection to this server compared to others is great for me. Most people who are regulars like myself are always fun to play with, but lately there's been a wave of people who disrupt game play all together. I've contemplated no longer playing on this server because it seems everyday there's another person doing something ignorant to get more kills or drag the game out for as long as possible. Just about 10 minutes ago, there were three CT's who kept camping around snowman for the near full duration of the round, every single time. We attempted to voteban them, but even with well over 60% of the vote, we were unable to get rid of a single one of them. Protest The Hero, to my understanding is an admin, threatened to take action against them if they did it again the next round. I'd have to say about 10 round later, I gave up all hope and just left, like most of the other T's on my side. Not to mention people who saw the disruptive gameplay on the CT side refused to vote for kicking or banning the camping CT's. Not to mention, when each player was called out on their disruptive gameplay, they decided to act like children about it, and start up with name calling and homosexual references. I'm not here to get these individuals banned, hence me not giving their in-game names, but I just want to see more control over this server before it's taken over by these ignorant players.

As another reg id like to say not having more admins is causing the server to lose people. Most of the time voteban can take care of it but when there are multiple hackers, or there's a name change script along with the hacks it makes it very difficult and most people would rather quit than try to deal with it.

Fact is, nobody cares about Lotus, and the people who post on here are just smart asses with nothing better to do with their time than troll the innocents who come here requesting help. Cause, you know, such a crime that is.

Not meaning to bump a year old topic, but why start a new one if the issue is the same?

I was just telling some people on my team on the Office server that it seems like every time I play on that server more than 5 minutes, some sort of hacker or hackers show up. Using voteban is definitely not the answer. I was actually coming in here to look and see if I could find out if there are any human admins that I've seen in the server at all (besides Mana, who I've only seen once). I don't see any list that is where the public can see it. Clicking around in these forums, it looks like CS:S is pretty low on the totem pole.

The Dust2 server is pretty dead most of the time, but almost every time I look, there are people playing on the Office server. From my brief experience, it also seems like a cheater's magnet - not all of the time, but almost every time I play on there - which it's only been a week or two that the server has been in my favorites.

Strangely enough, I ran into an old buddy on the Lotus Texas 24/7 Office server that played on my server for a long time. The subject of cheaters came up, and what do you know, we were both talking about the same person - McLovin # 93423432432082344... or one of 'em anyway. Let's please get some active admins in there with a kick/ban hammer. Thank you friends
