How Can I Download From This Site?

I would really like the Winter Of The Guide and a few new maps. When I click on 'Download File' the page reloads. Every single time. I tried downloading with both Firefox and Internet Explorer. Please help!

The link came back invalid but it hardly matters. I obtained WOTW through the Emule link in another thread.

My question remains, however, why cannot I download maps? Saved games? AI profiles?

Is it just me? It would hardly seem so being as I tried two browsers.
