Valve says they have ways around hackers to get more accounts or ban any free accounts once they've been VACbanned. BUT! What about for the server owners/runners. They can ban someone, and they can go get a free account and be back within minutes. How is this being dealt with now? I'm guessing we're gonna have to start IP banning now? chris.crowder 0 #27 Posted June 28, 2011 He is harassing players on the server, and IP bans don't work. It's easy as running the command prompt and then restarting your computer to change your IP. May I plead Peanut's case and try to have it lessened? Granted, he's annoying and dangerous if he has elevated privileges, but he's just a young kid (13 or 14). If he makes a commitment to honor the tier 2 punishment, can he be allowed to come back with the following restrictions: Probation for the foreseeable future Never allowed to have donator status again 6 hats divided between Mana, yourself, and myself (Bribes and my lawyer's fee) who says im perm banned He's an admin, Peanut.
