The flaming on the server and the way cs_office is played recently is a joke it makes no fun what so ever....and no, its not the map or the game its the lack of administration.

IF u require ppl to donate to become an Admin but then never reply to their application even after severel month. Then this is to say the list incredible "unpolite".

If you dont give a shit...just say it, but unrelated replys to posts, no improvements for month....(yes yes moving new job etc i got it, but we talking 3 month and more)

And btw an admin without ANY rights to do anything to the server is not an Admin.....its called a joke. If you dont have time, delegate some work to ppl you trust but dont let a whole server rot...

And dont tell me Admins are online.....i didnt see an admin for a mounth now and i play nearly every day.

I fully support Knus. He said aloud what everybody else is thinking. The server has several problems, the players tried to help the admins by proposing solutions that remains unanswered. Like he said, if you're not able to take time to fix it, delegate to someone else... Cause at the moment, it's pathetic.

Agree. I remember there was bug on texas cs_office server where you cant go spectator or switch teams.. sure it was fixed... but take 1 MONTH! Personally saying, mana does not give a single shit or just very little shit.... this can be easily proven because you see him reply in other sections... but ALWAYS ignore this css section of the forum. Mana is a bullshit person... at least give us fucking reason on why you are ignoring these problems on purposely...

100% agreed. I made this http://forums.gaming...8308#entry98308 about 32 days ago, however none of the proposed changes took place.

I'm pretty sure I've seen even older threads made by Volt and yourself, Knus, pretty much proposing the same changes as well.

Mana did post there but only spoke about a few things (Serverrestart, sourcetv, and teamscramble).

Its a shame since I really enjoy playing with the regulars on the server (for the most part )

I'm rather busy with more important stuff right now. The servers have been set up this way for years. If it was set up wrong it would not be popular at all.

Like knus said, if you are too busy to even manage a server, get someone else to do it when you are unavalible.Changing server will make unpopular? That is just silly because server is already decline compared to 1 year ago. Changing the server will do opposite than make unpopular.. you are doing all kinds of shit on TF2 servers. You are only give attention to my post... what about responding to issue that is mentioned in first post in this thread or the other many threads that were created.. You are just basically saying because of my post you do not even want to do anything (or just less).... Ban me because i said my opinion? YOu are just express yourself like in communism system... instead of clearing up issues... start banning people who are not happy. (no people = no problems)

Totally agreed that the way Voltazar is acting isn't the good one. But honestly, things have changed and you have to adapt the server to the new generation of players. Even the player who are playing since the Ice Age find that the server needs a huge facelift.

The server itself isn't shit, however there are a few, small, things that could be implemented (as a start) to help make the servers more enjoyable.

For example, a ping limit at 300-400 should be placed, because, although its rare, sometimes a few guys come in with insane pings and "skip" across the map.

Lower the round limit from 5:00 to 3:30 (atleast on the office servers)

Remove teamscramble/new plugin (if there is one that works well)

These are just a couple additions that I see can be put in quite quickly, and the more important changes can follow later on.

3. As i said if u dont have time delegate some work....but if u take Donations for the server and then say "Servers are good, basta!" well lets say looks a little "strange"

We do have CS:S Admins. They may not connect to the server often but they do exist.

What is the point to even have them if they are not connecting

I think right now the important thing is to just focus on the small issues that are easy to fix/add and are needed to help make the server more enjoyable.

The other issues like more admins, sourcetv, etc.. can be added later on when Mana comes around to it.

Just today there were 3-4 afks on one team, however since my donor ran out I couldn't initiate any. Also, people tend to votekick no against kicking afks, after spending 5-10 minutes telling people to initiate the votekick, so a change in % to votekick should be needed, and maybe even the amount of votekicks needed.
