P L Problem? (Disruptive Gameplay)

Greetings Lotus,

I've been playing on your servers for some time now.

p l Problem? is the name, steamID is STEAM_0:0:42013318

I first encountered him using his sentries to exploit/glitch to otherwise inaccessible spots on pl_badwater (24/7 west coast). When asked not to exploit, he'd defend himself on the stance that if it's in the game, it's fair game. I didn't know the rules regarding that, so that's not what I'm here for.

He's been trolling the server by joining and building his teleporters in ways to disrupt gameplay. For instance, he built a teleporter today at point B that went back to point A. This is while blue-team was capped at point C. I asked him to please move it, as did others. He moved the exit about two feet out of spawn. He acted in a disruptive manner and bad-mouthed players (including some that play often on this server, as I do. He's been generally disruptive for as long as i've encountered him. As I said, this isn't the first time he's disrupted gameplay. I'm not a fan of trying to get people banned, I usually mind my own business.

Anyhow, I wasn't able to get a demo. I did however catch a small amount of his activities in a screenshot and log. If more proof is needed, I'll be back after my next encounter.
