Moved Server Ips

I recently had to move some of our chicago servers to new IPs. I still have access to the old ones so once my flooding situation is sorted out I will add a message on the old ips about the change.

Hopefully. I can't wait for Dustbowl Chicago to get back to 32 slots. I personally prefer the East server due to lower ping, but Chicago has a better community.

For me it decreased the ping slightly.

They are on a new carrier, still in chicago though.
