Ban Request: Loco' Latin Kingz

He played heavy and demo. Thought it was fishy because he stares at a spot on the ground until there's an enemy on screen, then he follows them perfectly. Notice sometimes he tracks through walls, aims perfectly at the sniper before moving to the medic, among other things. I thought it was suspicious but if its not enough evidence then fine.

      Joined the server as a bald sniper, instantly started flooding chat with

      I only managed to get a very short demo before they left the server, I thought even that little bit was proof enough though.
