Ban Request: Abusive And Disrespectful Donator (Xolid)

Time: About 10:20 pm Mountain Time

This character whose name apparently reads out somehow to be Xolid started off continuously complaining about being killed by weapons he saw as "skillless". Your typical whiner I suppose you could say. His text was in a lime-ish green, I am therefore assuming he is a donator. As the game progressed we somehow got into a verbal disagreement and he began assaulting me via chat, I responded with some petty semi-equal insults just to humor his anger and get him to stop. After dominating him once or twice (as he then moved to spec and then back to his original team to remove the domination mark like a lame-o) I figured this was finished, but apparently not as he later muted me (which is not what I am reporting him over, just hear me out) then continued to be disrespectful via text every time I killed him or he killed me.

The primary reason I am reporting this abusive and VERY disrespectful donator player is because he attempted (three times) to begin a votekick on me with the reason being that I was afk, which I of course was not.

The first time failed, the second time succeeded (you know people, they hit 1 no matter the vote) and the third failed (after I had returned and had my game score wiped from his false votekick accusation). Coming to the end of this escapade, with more than two people particularly seeing I was not the one being a jerk-face here, "Kinne" "MeSo" and "(LLF) Bramblestar" all called out their distaste for Xolid via chat:

Xolid then came on to our team (team BLU) and very harshly assaulted Kinne for agreeing with me about Xolids behavior >over microphone< (which you can see some of us, me included, responded to). This verbal assault on Kinne consisted of something along the lines of: Xolid:"Hey Kinne how bought' you stop suckin' darktemplars dick and get the fuck back in the closet little bitch?"

There were three or four lines with this kind of vulgar attitude and words towards Kinne whom did nothing to anyone in the entire game except agree with me which you can see in the image above.

I am VERY new to LotusClan, so new infact that I believe this was either my first or second time really getting into the zone on a lotusclan server, and this persons despicable behavior, attitude towards other peoples game play styles and abusive use of the votekick system to target a specific player he does not like is actually the primary reason I decided to register and report this. I cannot believe this is how higher rank lotusclan members (donators) treat other players. At first I thought he was an admin, but his nasty attitude and surprise hatred for people who kill or dominate him in-game confirmed to me that either LotusClan sucks (which I HIGHLY doubted at the time) or he was just a terrible person who happened to donate some money to LotusClan, which I infact may consider doing in the future.

This donater character "χΩL¡Ð™ " verbally attacked more than one person on said server tonight (especially me included)

Xolid abused the votekick feature, setting the reason to me being afk in hopes of removing me from the server to clear my score because mine was getting dangerously close to his (this happened thrice and was only successful the second time)

I wish to request some sort of punishment, whether it be having this players donater attributes removed (not sure if the votekick like that is donater use only or not) or whether it be merely having him get a nice juicey ban for his attitude toward new players and lame-o use of the game (I.e. throwing out vulgar chat to state his opinion on a weapon/class that just killed him, as well as going spec then rejoining the team to remove a domination sign)

I appreciate any help, and I still have the game open right now so if anyone feels the need for more proof, let me know and I'll see what I can find, but the console only logs so far up.

P.S.: If you are a friend of Xolid, have known him for a while, or just flat out don't think what I am reporting him for is very good of a reason, try to see it my way. I enjoy TF2 greatly, and when someone abuses a feature of the game/server to use it against me/my skill, it upsets me in an equal way to that of my love for Team Fortress 2. I'll give him the benefit of the doubt, perhaps he was drunk, had a bad day, was incredibly tired. Understood, those things happen to me often, some more than others , but nonetheless he should not have taken it this far. Any admin or relatively higher power than him please take care of this accordingly. Donator's need to be shown they are not admins, and do not have the right to abuse/rub in the fact that they are a higher server rank than averagely joining clients.

There have been many complaints about Xolid. You could probably find a couple if you searched this forum. I thinks it's about time he gets a temporary vacation, yes?

3 weeks sounds good. Maybe his attitude will lighten a bit during his vacation.
