Sprays Disabled On Texas Servers?

Have sprays been disabled on Lotus' Texas servers?

I could have swore my spray was working a week ago. the past few days it hasn't. Is this server-side or am I having Steam cloud issues?

Most (all?) Lotus servers are set to sv_pure = 2. This helps to prevent against hacking by restricting user content from affecting the server. You may have recently seen your spray, but only you would have been able to see it.
