so, on at least the 24/7 x33 dustbowl server, the attacking respawn times are suddenly the same as the defensive....

does anyone know anything about this?

it makes attacking very very difficult if you have to wait 21 seconds to respawn.

That is an incorrect respawn time. Blue should be 4 seconds max (+5sec for freeze cam) depending on how full the server is for Dustbowl.

It's a longstanding Valve bug.

It's been reported to Valve multiple times now. And I also reported it again (Valve is more attentive now).

We have a plugin which fixes this though. I'll be putting it back on the servers soon.
