Cant Join Server Stock Map #7 (Tf2 Glitch Out)

I cant seem to play in the server, because of the headphone video starting when I join, making my TF2 glitch out and close.

Is there a way to avoid this?

He means that one commercial with the cool headphones one, it was doing a mouse one.

To be honest, I have no idea how that can be fixed, Flash Player? Try making sure your Java & Flash are up to date.

I've seen that commercial several times, never glitches me out, although that's probably cause my net's faster.
