It seems pretty vague, but how can I kick or boot someone for right reasons when everyone else wants them o stay?

You should contact an Admin in those cases, but at the same time you shouldn't try to administrate the servers.

Donators ain't admins. (Although I wish I was in the Central Servers. T_T)

Furthermore there's two options if the person being kicked/banned isn't working. Deal with it, obviously, or secondly, if its something severe, like Hacking, Grab an Admin or Grab a Demo if one is not available, then leave it on Ban Requests.
