Dustbowl East Coast Severe Lag

East Coast Dustbowl 24/7 server is experiencing significant lag and teleportation Saturday morning from around 10am-now. Pings are fine in the mostly below 100 range, but everyone on the server was complaining about the stuttering and lag (packet loss?) which made it feel like you were constantly bumping in to spies.

L| El Phantasmo was on for a bit, so I imagine he experienced it as well
