Sphagnum Peat Moss 748 #1 Posted May 9, 2012 I reported StruttingPhil once already for impersonating an admin, idling in spawn, and donor abuse with votekick/voteban. He's back again doing the same thing. The link below has a zip file including a screen shot of their steam ID's and a demo spectating them idling in spawn. He spent most of his time idling in spawn. When he joined the server, he was on the opposite team from me. When a few members of his own team started votekicking him for idling in spawn, I initiated a votekick on him (I'm a donor too). The vote succeeded. He came back and said his favorite phrase "GOD DAM 1ST WARNING" and initiated a votekick on me, which also succeeded (you know how it goes). When I came back his team was still trying to votekick him. I went into spectate to record this demo, and shortly after the end of this demo he went out into battle and votebanned a random person after they killed him (they did nothing worthy of a ban). This is all he does every time he logs in to TF2. Idle in spawn, yell senseless inanities, and votekick/ban people while calling them "civilian boi." MuriateOfPotash 1 #2 Posted May 9, 2012 I have a little to add about this. They were goofing off in their spawn for about 10 minutes so I started recording a demo. They finally leave the spawn and at 2:35 in the demo a pyro kills StruttingPhil. He then starts a voteban against that player for no other reason than having been killed by him.
