Impossible To Fill A Server

With the bots broken the way they are now it's almost impossible to fill a server. I was trying to fill the NJ Harvest server today and people leave since the bots don't work. It ends up being 3 vs 1 or worse and the 1 usually leaves.

had the same problem with uk dustbowl a while back - but atm the trading servers are full so main gameplay is few and far between :(
