It was late, I was tired and the server had already dealt with the previous two individuals (Fs Topics). I could not determine, with the needed certainty, that this particular individual was cheating directly, so I did not initiate a vote to ban. Rayne281 would intuit player positions very quickly, shooting them without too much warning, which can also come from knowing places around the map. I went into spec, assuming this to be another account of Fs-BlackChaos, but the locations did not match, so I just watched. I'm just worried that I had become paranoid by this point and just fell victim to dreaded confirmation bias and I would never want an innocent player banned. I asked the other players in the server, and apparently one had tried to start a voteban, though I was not paying attention to chat.
