Unban Request - Dr. Brenardo {Pediatrician}{Md}

Good Evening,

I was banned recently due to this post: forums.gamingterritory.com/topic/19738-dr-barnaby-dr-brenardo-xolid/

I am requesting to be un-banned because I feel that I don't deserve to be banned from this server for what I did.

Here's my side of the story:

I logged on and barnaby and Xolid who I am friends with were mad at Kickn and as I understood it he was offending quite a few people in chat and/or spamming rage in chat. I waited a few minutes to see for myself and he was insulting barnaby and xolid quite a bit. Also, whenever they would try to start a vote he would use his donator powers to start a different vote on someone else so that we couldnt kick him. We ended up after 2 or 3 attempts to get a kick vote on him and it went through. So that's what happened on Sunday. We didnt kick him 4 or 5 times, we just had to try that many times because he kept blocking us with his donator powers.

Then today, I didn't even start the votekick on him. I did vote yes, but at the time only 3 votes were required to start a kick. Those 3 votes were barnaby, xolid and someone else who I didn't recognize and don't remember the name of. This 3rd guy started the vote because Kickn was annoying most of the people on the server again, and since he was, he again received greater than 2/3rds votes to get kicked.

So out of all that, all I did was: help start one kick when he was spamming and then vote yes on another vote a few days later. This is why I don't believe I deserve to be banned. If he supplied any proof whatsoever, you would've found all of this to be true and I don't think any of the three of us would have been banned. I wasn't being disruptive or causing problems on the server or anything, in fact I was trying to kick somebody who was and who was abusing donator powers to get away with it.
