During the included replay you can see his crosshair clip a few times between targets, and the shot he gets against a scout that was behind him was pretty incredible. He's a very good sniper considering he never really moves around or dodges shots or does anything any other good sniper would ever do. I think it is quite obvious and others agreed but the most anyone was able to do is get him votekicked.
