Tf2 Arena -Chicago Server Needs A Reboot/admin

The lotus clan arena server for Chicago has been extremely laggy for everybody the last several days. It needs a reboot and an active admin so that these issues can be resolved much more quickly. It's losing people because nobody can play due to the severe lag.

If this happens again can you note the time and timezone.

Because the server hosting this actually got a huge upgrade. So it's rather odd that it would perform bad now when it has so much more CPU power, faster memory, faster hard drive, etc
