'big Nick Diggers' & 'sky' - Ban Request

The first hacker:

BIG Nick Diggers STEAM_0:1:57329828

Player was a soldier and exhibited hacks that allowed him to get crtical hits constantly (about every other shot). He would suspiciously only shoot at certain times, as well. Two minutes into the demo you can see his suspicious hits. He was subsequently votebanned.

The other hacker:

sky STEAM_0:0:57090875

At first the player was playing as a heavy and was able to easily spot me as I came around a corner behind him. When I went into spectator mode to demo him, he switched to demoman followed by engineer (as seen in the demo).

There are certain times where he suspciously kills or prepares to kill an enemy spy, as given here:

3:10 - prepares to kill an enemy spy before he appears around the corner

3:50 - kills a cloaked spy and shows a sort of aimbot

5:50 - fires at an cloaked spy that is standing still

After that, he just strolls around the map allowing the spies the zap his buildings, trying to feign he can't see them.
