my unusual Cosa Nostra (Purple Energy) has a ranking from "140", is this right? Or is this just the current "want to sell at least for..." price?

Is this meant in keys?

Because the Promo-Items list on the MainPage (Bills 14, Buds 35, Max 100) is different from what this spreadsheet says:

at least, if that's meant to be keys.

so, I know if I go to an unusual trade server I'd get some offers, but how to know if these are fine?

I never wanted to sell or trade the unusual,

but in fact, I rarely wear it, and instead of spending my money into keys, I could just use the unusual for allllll the items I always wanted.

Purple energy? They value it at 3.7 - 4.1 buds, but the price hasn't been updated in at least 3 months. Luckily, if you click on the price you can click other links that will bring you to trading websites like tf2outpost.

There also appears to be only 1 of these on the market. Unfortunately the person is only selling as a set so it would be hard to value it individually.

But backpack.tf values the phantom is worth 4.8 - 5.2, so at the person's B/O would make some sense at 9 buds.
