So let me start of by saying, It's one thing to have an option to vote ban because of hackers and it is completely another thing to let that valuable yet powerful option to 6-16 Year olds to use. This needs to be changed. Just because these little kids think I hack and it's been confirmed from people that I don't indeed yet, just because these little kids are butt hurt they have the ban option in their hands. That being said, That needs to change. That is IF you still want good players to come in. I'm apologize for referring to these people as little kids but sadly, It's what they are. The way they act,speak,play,respond. Quite sad.

Moving on, being vote banned after they tried once and it failed, most people voted NO. A kid starts talking shit cause he see's im on a new account and thinks just because ITS a new account means a person is hacking. FALSE, This means nothing. I used to play Counter-Strike 1.6 professionally couple years back now (6-7) Whichever it is, doesn't matter. It is true, I may not be the best in Tf2 snipping as one person said, I was a sloppy. Yes, I agree, My shots can be sloppy but that's just cause in general not one game is the same. At the same time, I do have the snipping skills because I used to be the team Sniper when i played CS 1.6. So following by a failed Vote ban, They try again because they try talking shit yet It makes no difference to me nor does it phase me. Also they don't realize that this game is run on the HF engine, same engine that runs cs 1.6 just of course modified to pertain to TF2.

Point being, I'm not too crazy about this option you guys have to allow stupid decisions to be made by 8 Year olds. It doesn't help your server not does it help your community to advance. This is the main reason as why you don't see many challenges in the server, in addition to people not knowing how to differentiate between good players and hacks. Please resolve this, for the future of your community. Thank you for your time.

I could care less about the ban as I do about the abuse of a privilege. Bad players are going to be bad players regardless. I've lead groups/Owned Communities for other games. This is something that the leaders of this community need to talk about. I've been playing on this server for a while now, maybe last 3-4 days or so. Played the same as always, Not one person has given me any kind of shit. That being because there were amazing players on at those times, who ripped my ass a new one every time I went head to head with them. No one complained, no hackusations were thrown around, reason being they were mature and know how to tell apart an actual decent player from a hacker. This is just to inform Admins/Leaders/Community managers[if you have one],Co owners. I don't know how a server will grow to become really good and challenging when you have 8 year olds screaming "HAXORRR!!!" because they suck. I like this server so thats why I'm throwing my 2 cents.

Oh and say for people saying, WHY ARE YOU ON A NEW ACCOUNT THEN? Well maybe it's because I don't want people to bother me on my main account. This account is to get away from everyone and just game at night peacefully when I want to. Yeah, I know I can turn friends off and be invisible but you can still find those people who are offline regardless. I got more than 3 accounts with different games. I just want this to be my TF2 main, is all.

Can you say tldr? Anyway, I've said this before, but it really takes a lot to get votebanned. I have trouble getting votebans to succeed even for obvious crit hackers. If you're getting the server to ban you, you MUST be doing something to irritate them, even if only just continually fueling that pesky "8 year old's" fire. Even in your post, you demonstrate that you have to keep on getting the last word and keep on engaging with them, no matter how puerile the argument. To me and to a lot of people, that's annoying. And this doesn't even show what else might have been going on on the mics. You have to learn to just let shit go. I wouldn't have initiated a voteban on you for it, but I would have voted in favor of it if others had. It's distracting. You could easily have just not participated in the quarreling. Also, you referred to yourself as a good player, but then talked about how you like sniping and are sloppy at it. To me it just sounds like you're butthurt and looking for attention or revenge on the people who dared to not like you.

In any case, regarding your complaint about the voteban system, I'd have to agree with the way Lotus already has it. I don't believe you were 100% innocent here, and I also don't believe there is another way to set it up that will decrease perceived abuse (which is already very rarely successful) without also decreasing its effectiveness beyond an acceptable level. Right now it seems to strike a good balance. My suggestion for you is to grow some thicker skin and not participate in arguments with little kids, and then players will hate you less and not voteban you.

If the person who was votebanning you was a donator (bypassing the requirements for votes to start the voteban), then I'd suggest posting a complaint about abuse of donor privileges in the ban request section and show the demo/ss/chat logs/whatever so a judgment can be made based on facts, not just on what you say happened.

There was no arguments what so ever Sauce.... Overdeveloped Fetus started accusing me of being a hacker, Cookies then asked if i called him a fruitloop, I said no, I was referring to Fetus. He said okay.

I did not use a mic AT ALL, over any period of time. Followed by Fetus stating that "I was annoying and no one liked me" , WTF? I didn't speak to one person before this incident. The entire maybe 30minutes- 45minutes. I spoke to no one and minded my own business until some kid screams "Haxor".

In reply to what Fetus said to me. I said "I'm here to play, not to be liked by anyone nor seek attention" That was my response to him.

Remember, not to start a fight or what not. There is a saying "When you Assume, you only make an ASS out of YOU and Me" As for your saying "Its hard for you to vote a hacker out" , Man, I don't know what times you are playing but for whatever vote went on, These people were in a vote frenzie.
