Sphagnum Peat Moss 748 #1 Posted May 26, 2013 Was on a dustbowl server last night and someone initiated a voteban on a player and then flooded revotes in favor of banning them. I was previously under the impression that the tally displayed is only cosmetic and the flooding does not actually affect the true vote tally. In fact, previously on the same server, a votescramble was flooded the same way but still failed because the true tally was less than 50%. However, the voteban succeeded with 64%. Not sure if the flooding had any affect, or if the vote threshold is lower, or what, but it seems wrong (they definitely didn't have enough unique votes to be banned), so thought I'd let you know. Sorry I can't be more specific about which server (it was 24/7 dustbowl texas, east coast, or new jersey) or show screen shots. I took screen shots but I use Shadow Defender, so my computer didn't save them when it reboot.
