Lack Of Admins And Trolls Abusing Ban/kick System

Hello,

I have been playing Lotus Clan servers, mainly New Jersey Harvest for a very long time, and I can 100% say that I stay on TF2 because I enjoy playing the Harvest server from Lotus Clan. Since I have been playing on this server for a very long time, I have experienced a lot of things, which includes a lot of trolls. Just this past week, you can tell that it's getting a lot more worse with these trolls coming on the server and egging people on to ban/kick people for no reason. I just exited the server while people were banning and kicking people who join because someone said so, as well as false accusing majority of the team members of hacking and then voting them to be banned. Clearly they were not being serious at all. This has been going on for a couple of weeks now (on and off) and I'm getting sick of it.

I have been playing for many months, if not since this specific server went live and I have yet to see an admin or even a lotus clan member on it. I have sent out my admin application to assist you guys with the issue, but I have yet to hear back from you guys. I don't care if you deny me admin rights, but at least do something about these idiots that create a bad name for the Lotus Clan servers. It's pissing people off, it's no longer becoming a friendly game, just a stressful one.

You can type !calladmin in chat and as long as an admin is on (there are 35 of us) we will come to assist. You are also welcome to add me as a friend on steam and if I am on I will be happy to help.

I'm on this server a bunch, actually. Never had issues when I'm there. AFAIK, I'm one of the very few east coast admins, and its rough trying to be everywhere at once. And yeah, if you have issues, use the called calladmin feature. Unfortunately there are occasionally times where there is no admin available to receive the alert. If it comes down to it, please check the steam lotus admin group and try to message anyone online. On behalf of lotus personnel I apologize for not always being there when needed the most.

As Pro and Senses said, we can't be everywhere all the time. So, if such a thing happens in the future, and there is no admin online that can help you, you can do this:

* Record a demo. Just type 'record griefer' into console (which you open up by enabling it in Options -> Keyboard -> Advanced and then by pressing the key left to "1" on your keyboard - at least for me), and then type in "status" into console so that we know who are we dealing with. Record their behavior for a while, then when you think you have enough type in "stop" and find the recorded demo in your TF folder in Steam installation. (There's a more detailed rundown of this in Ban Requests forum). Post it in Ban Requests or send it to any admin.

* Take a few screenshots (as well as the screenshot of the "status" command) and send to any admin or post in Ban Requests. If a person is merely talking shit and abusing vote* command, this should be enough, and we will swing the ban hammer upon them.

Thank you for telling me that command ProLoser. There were some people doing this just now on the dustbowl 24/7 server of yours. I made an account just to let you all know.

I have been using your servers almost exclusivly for at least half a year now, and you all run a very good ship. Glad you keep TF2 freindly, fun and lag free. I will be sure to remember this command for next time!

PS if you want to see who was abusing it look somewhere between 10PM and 10:10PM EST and for the people trying to ban Peanutbucker.mk and Sauqrebue or something like that. Both were playing legit and nice and some trolls poped in and started to try and ban them. Sadly Sauqrebue's ban acuatlly got through somehow
