Could This Happen On Lotus Servers?

I'm aware that those who are AFK will be switched to spectate on Lotus servers, so I have to wonder whether players could do this on the servers:

Looks like it may be a different AFK manager, however I considered it worth posting here.

If this hasn't been fixed, in theory it could happen, in practice, you will probably get votekicked off the server long before the AFK management plugin will switch you to spectator.
