I play frequently on your servers and i have to say that i am quite tired of seeing donators run the show. I was playing on 2FORT East Coast and here's what happened.

So this guy says something to King Kubrick (who is a member of the DBS clan who frequently play on the server. I saw many times things like that happening where someone just said one thing about a DBS member and they all ganged up and banned him.

Here's donator Xero coming like a brave knight to the rescue giving a bullshit reason to ban the guy who called King Kubrick an idiot.

here's N00bjinx response to that:

Unfortunately, it didn't work. The guy got BANNED. Even if he WAS afk, why ban him ? Why not just kick him ? But the fact of the matter is, he wasn't and got banned due to donator abusing his power and using a bullshit reason to rally everybody against the person who insulted his DBS buddy....again.

It's nothing new. Not every donator acts that way but some of them do and it's quite annoying (i saw PrimaryGunner do it once because someone just told him to "shut up" cause he was pretty much spamming mic).

EDIT: I found King Kubrick (STEAM_0:1:17526459), but I can't find Xeno, maybe you could check your "recently played with" list?

But considering what was presented above, I think there might be another side to this story. The voteban reason might have been wrong (he wasn't afk), but nevertheless he called someone a "f***ing idiot," - perhaps more....

Well, that's why I said I'll talk to him. While it's not nice to call someone a fucking idiot, it's also not nice for them to exercise their donator privileges for such a thing, especially voteban, and if this seems to be a common occurrence (as stated), it's not really encouraging

Update:I've talked to Xero and there was no breach in the privilege use rules here. n00bjinx was only looking to pick fights while idling in one spot, and voteban lasts for 30 minutes anyway, just enough for the jinx to get a chill job.
