Cannot Start Mge Game On Map Mge_Training_V8_Beta4A

Anyone any ideas what I am doing wrong? I usually play on mge_training_v8_beta4b, but my own server does not have that map so on my server I use mge_training_v8_beta4a. However when I join on my server, I cannot get past this screen (see below) as the "!add" command doesn't appear to do anything. I can join a team, pick a class, and I am left here - even if another player enters and we're both ready to play...neither of us can get out of this screen and into an arena. Anyone any ideas? I have googled it and come up with nothing. I am wondering if it is installed properly or am I just using the wrong commands to start/join an arena.

That map requires a specific version of sourcemod that might be older than the one you're using. You might have to "roll back" sourcemod.

Yeah, I think something is the wrong version or needs reinstalling. Maybe I should be asking Multiplay. I thought I would check I am not using the wrong command or something first though.
