It's cases like this that make me appreciate the legal system we have here in Nevada. If you want to file a lawsuit against a person or company you have to put up a minimum of $5,000 cash as a bond to the court. If you lose, or if your case gets thrown out, that money is then given to the person or company that your sued and they are allowed to go after your for additional things like legal fees. They do that to prevent the courts from being flooded with frivolous lawsuits.
