Ban Request: PaÑ�a�¿�¾Ñ—a, GROUNDER, Captain Knots

Well, at the time I was on the server, Paranoia, GROUNDER, and Captain Knots were on the server initiating vote bans against random people referring to them as "noobs" and "filthy hackers", after a bit I began recording. I noticed that Paranoia and GROUNDER were just derping in spawn, not actually playing. When I asked if paranoia was playing, GROUNDER votebanned me, this text following in chat from GROUNDER 

Grounder :  the f**k did you say to paranoia?

(I censored it)

Although Paranoia eventually managed to get one point, while continuing to voteban random people.
