I use this plugin on my own server. You can type !voiceall in the chat to toggle wether you want to talk to both teams, or only your own team. This setting applies to people individually, so they can themselves deside if they want to talk to the other team or not.

This way you can both only talk to your team for more serious play, and also talk to the other team if you feel like it, just like with the text chat.

That sounds like a cool idea, but wouldn't people be able to use it to sorta troll their teams?

I guess they could. But than again, dead talk is on, and we can also use that to troll our teams. Didn't see it happen yet though. You could try to test it, since in my server I've never really had the chance to use it much since I barely get traffic.

I think It's supposed to be that you'll hear the other team if they're also using !voiceall.

It's supposed to work like  talking with text in chat with T(everyone) or talking it chat with U(team only), just with voice chat, only you toggle it on and off.You can also bind it to a key) You can personally decide wether you want the entire server to hear what you're saying, or if you just want your team to be able to hear. Although you can't toggle if you don't want to hear what the other team says. If they talk to the entire server, you'll hear them. If they're talking to their team you won't.

I haven't had the chance to use it much in practice yet, but it seems to work.

 

edit: If this one doesn't work ,there's another one that works simialarly, only you have two seperate buttons for team voice chat and alltalk voicechat, it's just that on that one you HAVE to bind, which I think would make a lot less people use it.

I guess it kind of depends on if most other regulars are okay with it or not.
