Issues With New Patch

When Iam playing with that new patch I have strange mouse lags , its no big lag , more like changing scroll speed and it realy sucks when I try to aim with bow ... :(

anyone have same issues ?

I have same issues as well as the fact that assassins are nerfed among other shit yeah. Lol..cyrcry.

As far as this wonderful patch goes I have to do a tip of the hat and wag of the finger. Tip of the Hat to Ubisoft for continuing to fund the project and doing their best for maintaining some kind of order. Wag of the finger to Kuju for utterly mutilating what was a good patch that needed work into a patch that needs an outright overhaul that would take weeks or even months to fix. Not only did you succeed in brining Murphy's Law to a whole new level with the mouse lag, but you even managed to gimp the Assassin to the point where the only mellee tactics are hack n slash against mages, archers, and non bramble priestesses as well as just camping outside of flag points and praying your backstab doesn't fuck up on you. Kudos.

Have you seen the stamina reduction when attacking as assassin, i throw a couple attacks and im out of breath and cant run. wlel annoying

I can't count how many times my back-attacks have appeared to go thru the enemy like they're ghosts. Also, apparently it isn't an instant kill anymore if they are hit anywhere other than the back...which makes it totally impossible to actually pull-off the back-stab. What a great patch! <_< I was forced to go back to playing as a warrior (at least it's still fun to kick the crap out of the noobs who flurry at you!).

Yea, the only problem i find annoying or noticable is the frgin backstab glitch, that really gets annoying and makes me die alot :(

A lot of us like playing Assassin. This new patch just fucked things up for us. The one class I enjoyed for stealthy skill now has become a wanna be warrior with the only useful means of killing being the flurry attacks against anything except a warrior. Now my only two options are Priestess and Mage. (I dont kill as a priestess. I just do all the healing and support.)

Yeah, I'm not going to play until something is done about this crap. It's totally stupid how an update can actually ADD glitches (I thought it was suppossed to eliminate them!?). Priestess would be the only other class I can use just because I'm only good at melee fighting or healing and I like the up-closeness so much more. I think its kinda boring to sit back and shoot at people (and TKing most of the time anyway).

yeah the patch has pissed me off too, got mages, priests and archers all out running me my backstab f's up about half the time. I played a match today and got 46 kills 14 deaths so I mean not so to bad I guess, came out with highest score but the sad part is most of the kills were hack and slash cause backstab froze up or would hit them for normal attacks, and I wanna know whos bright idea it was to increase backstabs stamina cost that damn high I mean come on how do they expect you to get in kill em and be able to run away when it costs that much stamina and they shorten assassins sprint distance bah guess we just have to wait and hope they fix some of this.

What really urks me is how the Warrior's quick-attack stamina penalty was removed but this assassin stuff was added. And considering the assassin sometimes has to run around to the back of the enemy from in front, they're usually out of breath by the time they get behind...and then the back-attack fails/locks-up/misses/does regular damage instead of insta-kill. Trikz said it perfectly, "CryCry."

? <_< If I stand still and swing the sword with quick attacks...my stamina doesn't move at all. I would, however, agree that the stamina seems to regenerate a little slower than it did before.

with lvl 3 (or maybe even with lvl 2... dunno) second breath stamina for normal strikes is regenerated before the next swing if you don't run....

the next thing i noticed with this patch was that the priests selfheal cooldown seems to be less than before... and for sure that you don't need to run anymore to trigger a leaping attack(you still need to move forward though).... but it can be blocked with a stance attack just as any normal stance attack
