Unfortunately I have no recorded demo evidence (I have chat logs of the accusations).  Right when I joined, when I was first in spec mode, I was spectating the hacker.  He was obviously hacking.  Unfortunately as soon as I started recording, he seemed to stop.  It was an obvious difference.  Once I started recording, he sat in spawn then disconnected.  In addition, three other people on the server (on either team) claimed that he was aim botting.
 
I'm not sure if that means this ban has to be overturned or what.  I have no doubt in my mind that he was hacking, but it would be understandable, since there is no evidence.
