Ban Request: uJisp and xHerpaDoip

I forgot to put some stuff in my last ban request of these two.

March 6th, 12:15 AM LotusClan | Badwater | New Jersey 

 

I joined the server, which only had bots at the time, i was just casually playing, and then both of them join the server, and proceed to votekick me randomly, and the vote won.

I then joined back and they VoteBanned me for no complete reason

Judging by the comments on their profile, they've been doing this type of crap constantly.

Details:

I've reviewed their individual chat logs as well as the chat logs of the whole server from both time periods.  Based on the logs alone, I thought it warranted a temporary (1-day) ban on uJisp for obvious abuse.  I also added each of them on steam to get their side.

 

Herp stuck to the story that he thought you were hacking and voted to kick you.  His logs reflect that.  His logs also showed a small votekicking spree earlier in the week.  I warned him not to go on senseless votekicking sprees again.  He agreed.  I didn't see it necessary to take any further action with him.

 

uJisp repeated the story that herp thought you were hacking and he agreed and thus called the vote.  It looks like that's all that occurred on that last incident, but his logs showed a much larger votekicking and votebanning spree earlier in the week.  When I asked about that, he played dumb and acted like he didn't know what I was talking about.  I copied and pasted some of it to him and asked what the reasons were for those votes.  He said:

After reviewing the chat logs on the server, it appears that another admin (Arakvar) joined the server at some point after the incident and asked for uJisp's explanation, to which he responded that they were trying to voteban someone who they thought was hacking.  It looks like Arakvar didn't have much else to go on at the time and left the situation at that.  Because the logs show that uJisp was votekicking more than just one person, and votebanning/votekicking repeatedly, a total of 26 times over the course of an hour (averaging a vote every 2 and a half minutes), and because he tried to play dumb when asked about it rather than own up to it, and because of his general attitude toward it ("there is no reason gay evil laugh"), I've decided to extend his ban from 1 day to 2 weeks (if he's the child he acts like, that's two weekends of fun he can't have here).

      I joined the Lotus Clan Badwater NJ server, it was empty and only had bots.
      I was playing and then uJisp joins the server, after a few mins he proceeded to votekick me, which got passed due to only me and him being on the server.
      I join and he has a friend, xHerpaDoip
      He then proceeds to voteban me and they both vote yes.
