I keep getting kicked for going Engi?

I joined the 2fort Texas fast spawn. The servers i.p (In case I wasn't specific enough) is 69.162.126.138:27015 .

I guess I got kicked for being too good? I was kicked three times. First time the reason was N/A, second was disruptive, and third was N/A yet again. I wasn't being disruptive, I don't know what I was doing wrong. I was playing just gunslinger engi. I switch my name the third time around that I came back in the server, and it was like they instantly knew who I was, and kicked me. All they said was "I'm sorry". I hope I can stop getting kicked by random players and go back to enjoying the server.  I have no screenshots because it all happened very quick the second and third time, and when it happened the first time I didn't think the vote would go through. Thank you, I hope this could be resolved very fast.
