Oh I see the problem! No steam id specified . What's your steam id? It would most definitely fail to auto add you if there was no ID.

You did not include the server ip in the comments box so it automatically added you to the top two TF2 servers. I have corrected it and it should be working now .

I remember reading somewhere that the commands aren't available there, so if they're not I would like to change it to 24/7 Dustbowl

It changes maps less often, try again in a few hours. It should take effect then

Paypal API automatically added you under 2 servers (5 dollars) but if you donated 10 then there's a problem and I can look it up.

Because no server ips were in the comment you were automatically added to Stock Maps #1 and Goldrush #2. You sure it doesn't work?

Are you using the correct account? With the steam id that you gave?

Ok... not really having a problem, per se, but when the round ends, I don't get the cool invisible effects and extra speed. :'( Everything else works... green name, menu, greeting, just not that.

Yeah it's not yet an advertised feature of donating.. It sometimes fails for some reason, although rarely. Did you try rejoining? That fixed it when I had it happen.
