Lotus Arena UK isnt working properly

I experience issues with this server, every time I join the game freezes for like 1 minute and then goes normal for ~3 seconds and this cycle never ends. First I thought it's because of my settings(dxlvl 8, etc) when I got onto the server ~5 month ago after a very long pause. But it seems like none is ever online there, so I think other players experience the same problem.

I don't have any issues on other arena servers.

I hope you will check this up and say if this is what I told you or the arena mode is really that unpopular nowadays.

Still? I thought I looked over it. Oh boy. I'll do a deeper looksie when I get a chance.

Now I don't even see it online. Did you completely shut down your tf2 servers?

Anyway, when I checked it in june after your last reply the problem was still there.

      "fps_daniel is best daniel" should be banned because of his irritating and annoying comments which disturb the players. Even though banned multiple times there is not a single ray of hope that he will change his behaviour.That's why he has to be banned forever.

      As far as I know I'm the only Recruit/Member that plays Arena regularly, if at all, so I may not receive a lot of input.
      When the Chicago Arena server was down I bounced around a lot and found some plugins that allow the last guy to 'force melee' when a team drops to one person if the sole survivor so chooses by hitting 1 (2 to decline).
      These servers were popular because...
      1. When you're the last guy you aren't being gunned down by four or five people making it nearly impossible to comeback.
      2. Adds player skill as a factor (IE: One scout against four heavies? Now instead of 'LOLBULLETTORNADO' it shows how good those heavies would be changing their game.)
      3. Make all around loadout matter. I only see roughly a few people ever engage in melee.
      4. It is an unwritten rule. Arena vets will tell you if you're outnumbering a guy and they call melee in chat you do it. Sort of an honor thing.
      I know the server that runs this and can get the plugin unless you'd want to make your own Lotus one.
      Any and all input is welcome obviously.
