Help Can't Update

I downloaded the Battle Packs(download section) and I dont know how to Update! It keeps saying osmething about some Old files and stuff! and refuses to update! I can't also use the trainers as well because it shows errors after i switch back to the game, PLEASE HELP

What if you are using the pirated game? Could you still update the patch?
