It just looks like he was being scammed by this PGWare company. Selling "speed hack" as "Game Optimizer". Probably there are many people were being banned for this without knowing whats going on. The whole site sounds like a zionist scam to me.

@OP: I urge you to get a refund and call for a class action lawsuit against this company for those who get their SteamID banned from any server. Time to nail these asshole to the coffin.
