Dude was playing soldier, every shot he fires is a crit. When I asked him what was going on he claimed that TF2 has many bugs. While he may have a point there, I've never heard of it causing 100% crits even after he's died. I have never heard of a crit hack but I guess with some smart coding its possible. He would also occasionally spam earning 'Attention Getter' achievement and was so kind as to do so during the demo I recorded. Mana has already banned him but here is the actual proof.
