Otherwise Permagag and permamute with a timed ban is much more fun. They can't type, use voicechat and then later get banned (who needs a player that can't communicate?). As a engi he would build teleporters next to their feet, or builds an exit in the middle of battlements and tells people it goes to their sewers or intel.
