Erecting A Dispenser... On The Payload Cart!

Apparently Valve has tested this updated thoroughly as well (Linux server did not start at first). You may now "build" a level 3 dispenser on the cart.

that looks good, a level 3 heals fast looks kinda cheat tho

especially if the entire blu goes heavy and stands around the cart and keeps shooting with unlimited ammo and a dispenser that is practically a medic.
